Ensemble Performs On The Campus of The University of South Carolina

The Randolph-Macon Ensemble presented "Songs of Darkness, Songs of Light" on October 29, 2021, as part of R-MC's Family Weekend festivities.

The Randolph-Macon Ensemble has been invited to perform at the 2022 CBDNA Southern Division Conference.

"The Loop," commissioned in Spring 2021 as part of a consortium led by And We Were Heard, will have its R-MC premiere as part of the Ensemble performance tour for the 2022 CBDNA Southern Division Conference.

"Dimension," commissioned in Fall 2020 as part of a consortium led by And We Were Heard, will have its world premiere in Spring 2022 at the Blackwell Reopening Gala.

The Randolph-Macon Music Program has been named a Boulanger Initiative Education Partner.

"Flexibility Is Key: Creative Strategies for the Post-COVID Classroom & Rehearsal," presented at the Virginia Music Educators Association Spring Professional Development Conference.

Brian Coffill has been awarded the 2019-2020 Vytautas Marijosius Memorial Award for Orchestral Programming from the American Prize Foundation, a national award highlighting the creative programming with the Randolph-Macon Chamber Orchestra.

A new flexible arrangement of the seminal work "Vientos y Tangos," commissioned in late 2019 in a consortium led by CBDNA, will have its R-MC premiere in Spring 2022 at the Blackwell Reopening Gala.
